Tai Chi Qigong warm up exercises for before and workout to build up supple tendons and joints in the body and relieve joint pain, increase mobility and flexibility. In TCM these tendons and connective tissues are called the Huang. We can increase mobility and decrease chronic pain by developing our Huang through flexibility stretches, a special form of Qigong exercise that lubricates and opens the connective tissues.
