How I Dehydrate a Can of Baked Beans

A couple of days ago I did a video of making Spam an Beans where I said that I used canned beans or dehydrated beans. After that I had several people ask how I dehydrate my beans. So in this video I show how I do that.

What I usually do is start the dehydrating late in evening, setting the dehydrator at about 145° and let it go over night. And I use a fruit leather sheet instead of the shelves alone so the juice doesn't drip through. Some people use plastic wrap to cover their shelves.

You can tell I wasn't quite awake when I made this video (had a late night last night). What I was trying to say was that I removed about 1.1 pounds of water which works out to about 2.2 cups of water.
