Begin this all levels full body workout with a 5-minute warm-up utilizing the Gondola Pole to open tight muscles in the chest and shoulders while increasing flexibility in the spine. As you move onto the Reformer, the workout focuses on all planes of motion in the upper body aiming for flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion. But don't think for a second we forgot about the lower body as we aim to strengthen the glutes and stretch the hip flexors. The goal in this workout is to encourage healthy biomechanics leaving your body satisfied and strong!
