How to make Korean Spicy Beef Soup Yuk Gae Jang Recipe.
Ingredients
• 1 Kilo Beef Brisket
• 700 grams Beef Bones (Iused neck bones)
• Water
• 35 grams Ginger
• 8 Green Onion
• 1 Medium Onion
• 1 handful of Boiled Bracken (Kosari)
• 5 eggs
• 2 grams sea salt

Seasoning Mix
• 45 ml soy sauce
• 30 ml sesame oil
• 20 grams red chili pepper flakes
• 5 grams red chili pepper powder
• 50 grams minced garlic
• 5 grams coarse sea salt
• Pinch ground black pepper

For the Boiled Bracken (Kosari) you can buy it prepared. Or you can make it yourself. To make it use dried kosari. Soak the kosari overnight in cold water. Then boil for 1 to 3 hours until tender. After boiling rinse in cold water.
