Cook a delicious dinner – white fish in a famous puttanesca sauce. This easy recipe of puttanesca white fish is so superb and amazing that hard to believe it is cooked just in 30 minutes - a perfect dish for a festive table.

✅ Ingredients:
• white fish – 21 oz | 600 g
• butter – 2 oz | 50 g
• 3 anchovies
• garlic – 6 cloves
• white dry wine – ⅓ cup | 80 ml
• chopped tomatoes – 28 oz | 800 g
• 15-20 pitted olives
• capers – 2 tbsp
• green basil to taste
• fresh parsley to taste
• dried thyme – ½ tsp
• dried oregano – ½ tsp
• salt – ½ tsp

✅ You will need:
• pan Ø11 in | 28 cm
• carving board

📙Preparation:
1. In a big pan melt the butter over medium heat, add the minced garlic and anchovy fillet, stir and crush the anchovy with a spoon for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the wine and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes to evaporate alcohol.
3. Then add the chopped tomatoes, oregano, thyme and salt, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat stirring.
4. Add the capers, olives and stir.
5. Add the fish cut into large pieces into the pan, salt a bit and cook with a lid covered over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
6. Flip the fish and cook for another 2-3 minutes over low heat until readiness of the fish.
7. Sprinkle with the chopped up fresh parsley and basil leaves.
8. Serve the fish in puttanesca sauce with boiled rice, salad and white bread.

❗️Advices:
1. If fish pieces are thick, cook a bit longer.
2. It is acceptable to take spiced sprats instead of anchovy.
3. Capers can be changed for pickled cucumber.
