How to Tape for Boxer's Fracture Recovery: Improve Range of Motion and Rotational Deformity

Описание к видео How to Tape for Boxer's Fracture Recovery: Improve Range of Motion and Rotational Deformity

Michelle will show you how to recover your small finger range of motion using Muscle Aid tape after a boxer's fracture. If you are struggling with a rotational deformity, or your pinky finger is overlapping too much on your ring finger, than this taping technique is exactly what you need.

In this video, you will be taken through a detailed demonstration of how to apply 2 pieces of k tape to improve your small finger range of motion and decrease a rotational deformity.

The 1st piece is applied over the back side of your small finger to lift tight, swollen skin. Then the 2nd piece of tape is pulled from the palm to the back of your hand to create space between your ring finger and small finger.

This boxer's fracture recovery taping technique will improve your finger range of motion and hand strength.

If you have a healed Boxer's fracture, metacarpal fracture, or any kind of finger injury, and want to maximize your recovery, then this video is for you!
