*Ingredients:*

3 ounces pork (belly), thinly sliced
2 ounces Korean radish (mu), cut into thick slices
1/4 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoons doenjang (Korean fermented soybean paste)
6 cups rice water or beef broth
1/2 block tofu, cut into cubes
1 scallion, chopped (optional)

*Tips:*

For a richer flavor, you can use beef broth instead of water.
To make the stew more spicy, add more gochugaru or a chopped chili pepper.
You can also add other vegetables to the stew, such as mushrooms, carrots, or zucchini.
To make the stew vegetarian, omit the pork belly and substitute tofu or another plant-based protein.
