Exercise details:

Balance on one leg.
Put the other, free leg, out and back in a star pattern.

Equipment:

None. Bodyweight exercise.

Specific workout tip:

You can support yourself if needed.
You can keep the free leg in the air or make a tap on the floor.

General fitness tips:

Always exercise at your own level at your form of the day.
Focus and maintain proper form, feel stable and in control.
Make all exercises and every workout your own.
