Описание к видео Design of single-cell proteomics experiments | Harrison Specht | SCP2019

Presentation by Harrison Specht at the 2nd single-cell proteomics conference https://single-cell.net Experimental design and sample preparation for single-cell proteomics. All workshop videos http://workshop2019.single-cell.net. See more at: http://YouTube.single-cell.net & https://slavovlab.net.

Harrison Specht discusses how to design SCoPE2 (Single-Cell ProteOmics by Mass Spectrometry 2) experiments such that data quality can be rigorously assessed and experimental failure can be specifically diagnosed. This includes built-in quality control metrics for establishing background noise, evaluating measurement consistency, randomizing samples, and benchmarking quantification by using fluorescent proteins or bulk proteomics measurements.
