Analog.Man Mini Chorus (+1980 EHX Small Clone)

Описание к видео Analog.Man Mini Chorus (+1980 EHX Small Clone)

I - like most of the guitar playing world - am a huge fan of Analog.Man...Mike makes some of the finest pedals out there. I've run his Mini Chorus on my pedalboard for quite some years now, but I've never shot a standalone demo of it. So I'm going to put that right today.

But rather than just plug into it and show how fast & deep it can go, I thought...why don't we compare it to the vintage original unit the pedal is based on: the Electro Harmonix Small Clone. Mine is from 1980 and has the MN3007 BBD chip in it...exactly the same as what the AM uses. So it should be a fairly fair(?) comparison. I'm also going to run it pre and post gain to see if either works better in those two situations.

What do you think? Which do you prefer? Does the AM 'get there'? Comment below!
