The BODY STABILIZATION training is the 1st and most essential training areas for humans . Starting with babies who need to get a certain level of stabilization strength to sit and stand up and going on up to high level athletes who need to be able to control their body positions to get the best technique and to be able to cope with the high physical stress of the intensive maximal efforts. But STABILIZATION TRAINING is often neglected by athletes and coaches who look forward for fast and spectacular results based on weightlifting drills. This can lead to hidden weaknesses and bad surprises ! This video presents some examples of drills (there are indeed as many drills as the coaches imagination can create !) which can be adapted to the needs of all levels of athletes. It is simple , it is fun , it is relatively easy (sometimes not so much !) and it can be very efficient !
