Bikepacking the Trans Cambrian Way - Failed and Bailed!

Well folks you win some, you lose some.

A couple of days' leave to use up and whilst the weather's been pretty awful these last few weeks here in the UK, I thought I'd have a go at the Trans Cambrian Way. For some reasons though (which I mention in the video) I just wasn't feeling this one at all, so decided to bail rather than carry on. Must be getting sensible in my old age!

Right decision? Wrong decision? Who knows how I would have felt if I'd carried on a bit further into the ride but it felt like the right call at the time and I really enjoyed the rest of the route.

In the process of doing these little backpacking and cycle touring trips I'm slowly figuring out what I really want from my multi day rides. Even the failed trips are useful in that respect.
