Bombay kurma :

Refined oil - 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tbs
Kadala Parippu ( Chana dal ) - 1 tbs
Curry Leaves
Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Ginger - 1 tbs ( chopped)
green chillies- 4 nos
Big onion- 2 nos
Besan flour - 2 tbs + Water - 1 Cup
TOMATO - 1 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Water - 1 Cup
Lemon juice - 1 - 2 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 2 Pinch
Sugar - 1/ 2 tsp
Coriander leaves

Tomato kurma :
Grated coconut - 1/2 Cup
Fennel Seeds(Perum Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Pori kadalai - 1 1/2 tbs
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seed - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Dry red chillies- 3 - 4 nos
ginger( chopped) - 1 tbs
green chilli - 2 nos
Big onion- 2 nos
Salt( according to taste )
TOMATO - 2 nos
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 Cups (total)
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
