This versatile Green Masala can be used to marinate meat or can be stuffed in fish like mackerels/bangda or pomfret before frying it.

Ingredients:
60 g fresh coriander leaves
1 capsicum
8-10 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
4-5 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 tsp fennel seeds/saunf
1 inch cinnamon stick/dalchini
6 cloves/laung
10 black peppercorns/kali miri
2 tsp poppy seeds/khus khus
1/2 tsp turmeric/haldi powder
1 tsp sugar or jaggery
1 tbsp lime juice or vinegar
2 tbsp rum (optional)
Salt, to taste
Water, as needed
