This 60 minute yoga class covers a lot - and a little bit of everything. Don’t skip it if you are not a tennis player, but if you are a tennis player you are going to love the emphasis on the feet, shins, calves, achilles (lower body) and the fingers, hands, wrists and forearms, (upper body) and everything in between - (core throughout). This yoga class includes breathing, sun salutations, and lots of balance practice. All of my sports related classes are wonderful for all yogis and athletes - there is just a special emphasis for the needs of specific athletes. Enjoy and let me know what you think!
