A lot of folks have commented or DM'd me asking how often to train calisthenics. It really depends on what exactly you mean by "train" because calisthenics training volume (and frequency) is dependent upon the type of the skill you're pursuing. For example, something strength-focused like the one-arm chin up or handstand push ups will require more intensity in each session and thus more rest days between trainings. On the other hand, if it's something mobility-focused like the handstand or elbow lever you're training, there's a good chance it's more mobility than strength that you need to acquire, so higher frequency and lower volume & intensity in each session will be beneficial.
