Modern Classic: Oaxaca Old Fashioned - National Tequila Day

It's National Tequila Day! And we decided to bring you a maybe more surprising Tequila drink because every other person doing tutorials are going to bring you either a Margarita or a Paloma so we decided to go a more eclectic route for this post.

The Oaxaca Old Fashioned was created by Phil Ward while he was working at the legendary New York Bar Death & Company around 2008 (?) if someone has a year on this and I'm wrong feel free to post below and I'll edit.
