We have decided to document our journey towards the Paris 2024 Olympics. With the aim of competing at these games, we want to give you an insight into what we are doing to achieve this goal.

The 5k guys guys head to Cape Town, SA to reintegrate themselves into society after 6 weeks of social isolation in Dullstroom, SA. In this video you’ll be seeing our travel day to Cape Town as well as what we get up to in our first 24 hours in the city which includes the first ever the5kguys run club.
