Welcome to Level Up Series: where we will be doing a mix of cardio and toning workouts that can be done on everyone! :)

In this video, you will be following Ellie and I in this full-body, Pilates style workout. I'm showcasing you some great movements that I have learnt in my physio sessions during pregnancy, that anyone can do! We will start standing, and then move onto the floor to complete our workout.

This routine focuses on the entire body: arms, legs, butt, and core, using slow-paced movements to target each muscle. Take your time, focus on the exercise and be sure to breathe.
