Chipotle Fish Tacos!

Taco’s good enough to eat on days other than Tuesday! This quick to prepare, easy meal will soon be a favorite for anyone you serve it to. Give it a try, you can thank me later!

Ingredients:
1 lb white fish ( I used mahi mahi )
12-15 corn tortillas street taco size
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
6 C shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C thin sliced red onion
1/2 C cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, sliced thin
1/4 C lime juice
2 tbs olive oil
