Recipe
Ingredients:
Oil (for frying)
15-20 dogfruit/ jengkol(sliced)
10 -15 bird’s eye chilies (you can add more if you want spicier)
1 cup vegetarian anchovies
5-6 small onion (cut into small pieces)
2 inch vegan belacan
2 nos garlic
Lime juice
Salt, sugar and seasoning powder as needed

Cooking method:
1 Saute small onions, garlic, bird’s eye chilies, vegan belacan and dogfruit/jengkol. Sauté until wilted and aromatic. Remove and set aside. Let it cool for a while.
2 Then mash coarsely the sauteed ingredients together with salt, sugar, seasoning powder and vegetarian anchovies.
3 Lastly, add some lime juice and mix well. Ready to serve and eat with rice. It's delicious!
