In this video, I will be highlighting how to use Background Mode 0 on the Super Nintendo. As well as showing how you can set up any background Mode and its respective Background Layers, with their Tile Graphics and Colour palettes. I show you how to organise your TileMaps and TileSets in Video RAM and how to organise your Colour Palettes, for each of the 4 background layers of Mode 0. Then I show my Mode 0 demo, running in an Emulator, which has debugging features, that enable us to see our TileMaps, Tiles and Palettes - as they should appear in the Snes's Video and Colour Ram locations. I provide a link to my code below, so that you may, use it as a template to code from.
