alone but not lonely 💌 24 hours in glasgow + seeing my favourite band live

hello friend! let’s go on a little solo adventure, shall we? :)

i often get asked how i do many things alone without feeling lonely. as an almost only child (i have a sister who is 12 years older than me), i’ve always been quite independent. then life and relationships happened, and i had to relearn to be on my own. to be honest, it didn’t come overnight. it’s all about the baby steps you can take, and i’m still struggling to dine out on my own. but at some point, i had to decide what truly mattered to me. is it not going to a gig because i’ll be alone? or going for it and having this memory engraved in my mind because not only did i see one of my favourite bands, but i also did it on my own?

that’s what happened in this vlog; i went to see CSS, a band i’ve loved for 15+ years, who decided to reconnect after a long hiatus and take over the world one last time. i had the best time... alone, but not lonely.
