⁣Grab your tubing for this fun total body resistance band workout. In addition to strengthening the muscles with the tubing, I also spiced things up and added some mini Tabatas throughout to keep it interesting for ya 😘

1. Bent over rows
2. Squat
4 x 30sec

3. Mountain climbers OR Bicycles
6 x 20sec

4. Lunge (alternating lead leg with each set)
5. Bicep curls
4 x 30sec

6. Pop squats
6 x 20sec

7. Tricep kickbacks
8. Squat step outs
4 x 30sec

9. Burpees OR sub given
6 x 20sec

10. Good mornings
11. Band face pulls
4 x 30sec
