Join me for 5 minutes of guided breathing exercises for relaxation, managing anxiety and mindfulness. Using diaphragmatic breathing techniques this session will allow you the time to focus on your pilates breathwork without distractions in order to help you tune into your body, relax your mind and practice the pilates breathing technique. Whether you are new to pilates or have been practicing a long time this will be a lovely short practice to remind you that the breath is where it all begins. I do hope you will give yourself the time and space to enjoy this simple but highly effective breathwork.
