35 Minte Yoga Nidra to Soothe Anxiety and Relieve Stress

Relax back into this soothing 35 minute yoga nidra guided meditation with Kristyn Rose to ease the symptoms of anxiety and relieve stress. This practice is uniquely designed to bring you into a deep state of peaceful relaxation where you can rest, deeply, letting go of tension and any effort from the body and mind.

Relax into the knowing that there is nothing that you need to do. Yoga nidra or the yogic sleep is an effortless guided meditative technique that utilizes techniques to bring through the states of consciousness we experience in natural sleep, only here we can access these deep sleep states and associated states of relaxation and regeneration in just a couple of minutes. By activating the parasympathetic division of the nervous system, rest and digest, yoga nidra allows the practitioner to release tension from the body, thoughts from the mind, and rest back into a place of pure spacious awareness. Yoga nidra has also been shown to regenerate the hippocampus - the part of the brain responsible for memory and mood. Rest deeply and emerge feeling calm, peaceful, at ease, and with a deep sense of wellbeing.

Find a comfortable place to rest on the back of the body, either on your yoga mat, the couch or even in your bed. Close down the eyes and rest back into the experience of just listening.
