½ tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tbsp Honey
½ tbsp White Wine - optional

- Puree -
200g Peach Flesh (7.1 oz) - net weight
1~1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
3g Gelatin Powder (0.1 oz)
50ml Hot Water (1.7 fl oz) - about 80°C / 176°F
