How to make steak curry bunny chow

300g Steak
2 Tbsp oil
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 Tsp ginger
1 green/red chilli
1/2 half green pepper
1 Tsp Corriander seeds,
1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds,
2x Cinnamon sticks, 3x cardomon pods , 2x Star naise
4 Tsp of curry power of your choice
2 Tsp Roasted masala, special mix &
leaf masala
1/2 Tsp tumeric
1/2 Tsp cumin
1/2 Cup plain Yoghurt
50g Tomato paste
1/2 Tsp sugar
Salt to taste
3 Potatoes
Corriander for garnish
1 loaf white bread
