What causes poor tongue posture in the first place? In this video I talk about some of the things that can make your tongue posture worse.

It is good to be aware of what problems to look out for, so you can correct them for yourself or others.

The 4 causes I discussed in this video are:
1. Soft diet/lack of jaw usage
2. Mouth breathing/airway issues
3. Forward Head Posture
4. Tongue Tie
