On this video we do up a Brisket on the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro using some of The Uncle Steve's Shake Competition Cow Powder! The end result was amazing! The rub was fantastic and the B and B oak lump and oak chunks gave this brisket over the top flavor! If you haven't used any of Uncle Steve's Shake I would highly recommend it! The Bronco Pro yet again ran flawlessly in the 40-50 mph winds I had during this cook and was super easy to maintain my cook temps! 🍻🍻
