INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp gochujang (red chilli paste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Korean chili flakes
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 cups Anchovy Broth or water
1 medium sliced onion
3 cups of rice cakes
1/2 cup fried tofu or fish cake (optional)
sesame oil
sesame seeds
spring onions
