Gulpavate - Wheat Rava Laddus

Ingredients - (Measurement is 1 : 1 be it a cup or glass)
I glass of Wheat flour, 1 glass of Chiroti rava (fine semolina) , I glass of jaggery, I glass of grated dry coconut, 1 glass of ghee,Cardomom powder

Firstly, dry roast the chiroti rava ( fine semolina)in hot wok or pan on a medium flame, once done, transfer it to a plate, then dry roast wheat flour, once done, transfer it a separate bowl or a plate.

In a small pan, pour a dollap of ghee after it heats up, add in some chopped cashewnuts, and fry well until light brown and keep it aside

Then, In a hot wok or pan add in jaggery and a glass of water, stir it continously until it dissolves completely, then goes in roasted fine chiroti rava, mix well, until it cooks well, becomes little thick, then add in a glass of ghee, mix it, add in grated dry coconut 🥥, mix well, finally add in roasted wheat flour, mix well, keep stirring continuously, let it cook for a while, then add in cardomom powder, roasted cashewnuts & mix well.

Transfer it to a bowl, mix well, when it is hot,
grease your hand, make small or medium-sized balls slowly.
