Bibi and Sheba secretly visit an International Witches’ Meeting at Castle Witchmore. So that nobody recognizes them, they disguise themselves and keep a low profile. The overhear in secret that the wicked witch Xantboso plans to take control of all witches and threatens to turn all the other witches to stone if they don’t obey her. Bibi and Sheba want to warn the witches but they are too late. Xantboso has served them enchanted canapés so that they can only giggle and dance. Now Bibi and Sheba have to go it alone. They manage to trick the wicked witch Xantboso. Bibi and Sheba make sure that she experiences exactly that which she did to her “sister witches”: she giggles and wants to dance. All the other witches are now back to normal.
