The athletes talked about their round-by-round strategy, where they should have pulled back, and why they got no-repped. Steve got a PR at 338 and Hayley fell short of her PR at 319 (prev. PR 354).

This is the first video where we've done voiceover and picture-in-picture of the athlete interviews (playing the interview soundbites picture-in-picture with the WOD footage). We think it's better than our old format where the interviews played after the WOD footage. Hope you agree.
