LEVEL - Advanced
SETUP - 2 Springs, Footbar Up, Headpiece Up, 2nd gear for CPU Front
REPETITIONS - 3-5x

GOALS & BENEFITS
Full body strength, especially upper body
Teaches stabilization of Powerhouse using one leg at a time
Challenges balance and control
Optional dips strengthen triceps, biceps and shoulders

TIPS & CUES
In CPU Front, keep body straight, heels over toes on footbar
In CPU Back, fingers face front on shoulder blocks and spine stays lifted throughout
In both, legs lift alternately stabilizing body from Powerhouse
