Bahan tumis:
Sedikit minyak
5-6 ulas bawang putih(dicincang halus)
2 inchi halia(dihiris kecil)
1 Daun pandan(disimpul)
1 kiub pati sayuran
2 cawan beras basmati lal qilla
3 cawan air

Bahan lain:
4-6 ketul paha ayam vegetarian(digoreng)
Minyak(untuk menggoreng)
Hirisan timun jepun
Hirisan tomato
Sedikit salad

Bahan sos:
2 inchi halia
5-6 ulas bawang putih
4 -5 cili padi
7 cili merah segar
1/3 cawan cuka
2 ½ sudu besar gula
Garam secukupnya

Note: Korang tengoklah kejadian.. gebu gebas dalam mulut beras dari ‪@Lalqilla‬ layan betul laaaa!!!masak pulak style macam ni! Sumpah sedap. 🥰❤️☺️

Cara memasak:
1. Basuh beras basmati bersih dan rendam seketika.
2. Sediakan periuk, tumis bawang putih dan halia sehingga naik bau. Lepastu masukkan daun pandan yang telah disimpul. Kacau sehingga naik aroma pandan tu.
3. Lepastu, masukkan air dan kiub pati sayuran dan kacau sebati.
4. Kemudian tapis beras basmati lalu tuang beras ke dalam periuk tumisan tadi. Kacau sebati dan biarkan ia masak seperti biasa. Ketepikan.
5. Sementara itu, goreng peha ayam vegetarian sehingga keperangan lalu angkat dan potong kecil seperti di dalam gambar. Ketepikan.
6. Untuk bahan sos. Kisar semua bahan sos sehingga halus dan adjust rasa. Ketepikan.
7. Satukan kesemua yanf dah siap dalam satu pinggan dan sedia untuk dihidang.


EXPRESS CHICKEN RICE [Vegan Version] – CHEF DAVE
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2-4 pax

Stir-fry ingredients:
A little oil
5-6 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 inches ginger (sliced into small pieces)
1 pandan leave (knotted)
1 cube vegetable stock
2 cups lal qilla basmati rice
3 cup swater

Other ingredients:
4-6 pieces vegetarian chicken drumstick (fried)
Oil (for frying)
Japanese cucumber (slices)
Tomato (slices)
A little green leaf lettuce

Sauce ingredients:
2 inches ginger
5-6 cloves garlic
4 -5 bird’s eye chilies
7 red chilies
1/3 cup vinegar
2 ½ tbsp sugar
Salt as needed


Note: Hey, Look at that rice!!.. fluffy in my mouth. Btw I use from ‪@Lalqilla‬. I’m eating and feel it very good taste!!!I swear it's superb delicious.🥰❤️😊

Cooking method:
1. Wash clean basmati rice and soak for a while.
2. Prepare a pot, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add the knotted pandan leaves. Stir until the pandan aroma rises up.
3. Then, add water and vegetable stock cubes and mix well.
4. Then strain the basmati rice and pour the rice into the stir-fry pot earlier. Stir well and let it cook as usual. Set aside.
5. In the meantime, fry the vegetarian chicken drumstick until browned and then lift and cut into small pieces as in the video. Set aside.
6. For sauce ingredients. Blend all the sauce ingredients until smooth and adjust the taste. Set aside.
7. Combine all the prepared dish in a plate and ready to serve.
