Unedited video with the original voice over from the 8th ITI Hong Kong education week, Sept 2016. The video is uncut with the voice over of the operator and dialogues with the audience in the seminar room. The first part corresponds to the introduction of the case and the first 15 minutes of the surgery. This included reflection of the flap, exposure of the sinus frontal wall and conducting the lateral window osteotomy.

The video is unedited other than minor stabilisation and corresponds to the real time surgery. Therefore the camera might be at times moving , adjusting or shaken.
