Standing yoga poses with chair - Sometimes our energy is low and it's helpful to use support in our standing poses. In this video we make use of the chair and a wall in order to access some of the challenging standing poses such as Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana II and Ardha Chandrasana (Triangle pose, warrior pose 2 and Half moon pose).
