Smoked Tri-Tip Recipe
2.5 LB Prime Grade Tri Tip
Coffee BBQ Rub or Favorite Rub
Used Competition Pellets (Pit Boss)

Smoked 250° Until 5° under desired temp. Allow Smoker to come up to searing temp. Sear each side 1-2 mins. Allow to rest for min 15mins.
