waffles: 2/3 cup (80g) flour, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp soy yogurt, 2/3 cup (160g) soy milk, ½ lemon, pinch of sugar

chickpea salad: ½ can chickpeas, 1 small red onion, 1 pickle, salt, pepper, 1 tsp peri peri, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp soy yogurt, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

sesame ginger chickpeas: 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, lots of pepper & freshly grated ginger

*some snacks are not included in this video
