90 g all-purpose flour

1 pinch of salt

For the cream:
500 g cream cheese
200 g dark chocolate
300 ml heavy cream
100 g powdered sugar

For the soaking:
100 ml milk
50 ml coffee
2 tbsp sugar

For decoration:
50 g dark chocolate
