Boiled potatoes - 2
Paneer - 100 g
Cashews - 2 tbsp chopped
Ginger - 1 tbsp grated
Green chilli - 4 chopped
Garam masala - 1/2 TSP
Corn flour or maida - 4 tbsp
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

FOR GRAVY
ONION - 2
TOMATO - 3
GINGER - 1 INCH
GARLIC CLOVES - 5-6
CASHEW NUTS -10-12
kashmiri red chilli - 2
CINNAMON STICK- 1
BIG CARDAMOM - 1
BLACK PEPPERCORNS - 5-6
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 TSP
GRAMA MASALA POWDER - 1/2 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
HONEY - 1 TSP
CLOVES - 2
WATER AS REQUIRED

FOR GARNISHING
CREAM
CORIANDER LEAVES
