I’ve been spending some time with a Taylor 314ce LTD limited edition guitar that Taylor Guitars have launched to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Sapelle and torrified sitka - very nice!

Taylor are no longer the young upstart that came out of nowhere to know the complacent Gibson and Martin companies off their perches in the 1980s. My time with this guitar got me thinking about the success of Taylor Guitars in this video.
