Britt performs Welcome to Jurassic Park on the Roland Atelier

This is my arrangement of the primary theme in "Welcome to Jurassic Park" from the original 1993 Jurassic Park Movie of which John Williams wrote the music. John Williams is my hero and favorite movie music composer (star wars, e.t, superman, jaws, raiders of the lost ark, and many more). This melody is also featured briefly in the 2015 Jurassic World Movie in the piece titled "As the Jurassic World Turns". I saw the new Jurassic Movie opening weekend and was inspired to work out a quick arrangement of my favorite theme of the Jurassic Park series. This is my first Atelier post since 2007 when I performed a "Pirates of the Caribbean Medley. That was a 2007 Atelier AT-90S. I very recently acquired a 2012 Atelier AT-800 and let me just say it is simply AWESOME!!! I recommend listening to my Atelier videos with a sound system that includes a sub woofer to even have a fraction of the experience of hearing this instrument live.

I played this piece live on the Roland Music Atelier Organ which is really the most awesome keyboard instrument in the world. It is a "one man orchestra." Atelier is a French word meaning "a studio especially for an artist or designer" and this is truly the ultimate keyboard made for a musical artist or musical designer. Everything is played live on the instrument, nothing is pre-recorded, no tracks, no automatic accompaniments. Everything you hear you can see played on one of the two keyboards and/or pedal board. The percussion comes from the keys on the lower keyboard or the pedal board.
