Fudgy, rich and moist chocolate cake | so easy to make

Incredibly rich and super moist chocolate cake that you will love. It is very easy to prepare and doesn’t require a stand mixer or electric beater.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g)
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (56 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon instant espresso
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g)
1/2 cup dark or light brown sugar (100 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup melted butter (76 g)
1/2 cup milk (123 g)
1/2 cup hot water

For the ganache:
55 g Nutella (3 tablespoon)
120 g chocolate chips (3/4 cups)
80 ml heavy cream (1/3 cup)

Tips:
While preparing the ganache in the microwave, make sure to stir between every time you heat it in the microwave.
