Coffee or Tea? How Many Cups Boost Brain Health the Most?

咖啡和茶是許多人的日常飲料,有不少研究指出,適量喝茶和咖啡,有助降低心腦血管疾病,但怎樣才算是適量?喝得過多,會否有反效果?另外,高血壓會增加患認知障礙症風險,而減少進食超加工食物,則有機會減低患高血壓和認知功能退化等風險。今集《Mike’s Talk》節目主持人梁佩潔 (Mike) 透過三份研究報告,與大家探討一下。

Coffee and tea are daily beverages for many people. Numerous studies have shown that consuming tea and coffee in moderation can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. But what exactly counts as "moderate"? Could drinking too much have adverse effects?

Additionally, high blood pressure increases the risk of cognitive impairment, while reducing the consumption of ultra-processed foods may lower the risks of hypertension and cognitive decline.

In this show of Mike’s Talk, host Mike Pui Kit Leung explores these topics through three research studies.
