Ingredients 材料:
2 Eggs 鸡蛋
100g Coconut Milk (Santan)椰奶
100g Gula Melaka 马六甲椰糖

Method/ 制作方法
1. Sieve over to Egg to remove Lump
鸡蛋过筛去除结块
2. Mix in with Coconut Milk and Gula Melaka.
加入椰奶和马六甲椰糖
3. Turn on the lowest heat at the Induction cooker(120Watt)- temperature shall be less than 100 degree Celsius
电子炉开最小(120瓦)-温度保持不沸腾
4. Keep Stirring, it will be start to thicken after 16 Minutes.
搅拌至浓稠,在16分钟后开始变浓
5. Kaya is done when it become thicker(take about 20 Minutes).
加椰酱完成(大约用了20分钟)
6. Set to Cool and it will be more firm.
晾凉后会变比较浓稠
