Ingredients
250 Grams Steak of Choice I used a Rump Steak if you want you can use a Cheaper cut of meat just Cooked for Longer to allow the meat to become tender
1 Onion Chopped
2 Teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 Tablespoon Oil for frying
1 to 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Plain Flour (All Purpose)
Salt to Taste
2 Cups Of Boiled Water
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Egg for Egg washing Pastry
Puff Pastry Sheet

Method
Trim off any Excess Fat from Steak
Thinly Slice the Steak then Dice to required Size
Add 1 Tablespoon of Oil to a Frying Pan
Gently Fry the Chopped Onion
Add Garlic Granules Mix Well
Add The Steak and continue to Gently Fry
Add 1 to 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Mix well
Add Salt to taste
Add 1 Tablespoon Plain ( All Purpose)Flour
Make sure all the Flour has been well Mixed into the Onions and Meat to avoid Lumps of uncooked Flour
Add 2 Cups of Boiled Water mix well
Add 1 Teaspoon Black Ground Pepper or Cracked Pepper
Allow to simmer for 30 mins on Medium Heat
Remove from Heat and Set Aside
Take out the Puff Pastry and Roll it out
Using your Pie dish
Place the Widest Part over the Pastry and Cut to the size of Dish your using
Press The pastry into the edges of the pastry Pie Tin
Cut out a Piece of Parchment Paper covering just the Bottom of the Pastry Base
Add Baking beans or rice just to weigh the Paper down
Place in a Preheated Oven 175c for 15 to 20 mins or until
Take out of the Oven and remove the Rice or Baking beans and the small Piece of Parchment Paper
Return the Pastry to the Oven Bake for a further 5 to 8 Mins just to ensure the base has cooked
Add the Peppered steak
Make Pastry Lids cutting off any excess pastry
Use Egg wash to cover the Pastry Lid and Make a small slit into the pastry to allow air to escape
Return to the Oven for a Further 15 to 20 Mins or Until Golden.
Serve and Enjoy with Fries or and Potatoes of Choice
