Storm ProMotion is the most recent collaboration Jason Belmonte and Storm Bowling Products have come up with. This design is nothing like the previous designs. The Storm ProMotion features the SPEC Solid Coverstock which was utilized on the Storm Crux Prime. The Storm ProMotion features a brand new core design called the “Piston” core. The core values in the 16 pound version ProMotion are, RG 2.51 and Differential 0.047.

I have thrown the Storm ProMotion on a variety of patterns, in scenarios I didn’t think the ball would work.. and it proved me wrong. When I thought my angles were too steep, the ProMotion cornered and struck. When I thought my angles were too shallow, the ball laid off and struck. When I threw the ball precisely where I wanted to, the way I wanted to throw the ProMotion, it struck! This ball blends the transition and wet/dry very well.

I can see myself placing the Storm ProMotion in my arsenal for just about every lane condition due to this balls versatility. I will mostly use this ball as the lanes transition and I migrate left. I will transition from a PhysiX or Idol to a ProMotion. This ball can be used on the fresh, during the transition (which is always), or on the burn (when there is ALOT of friction).
