Pork Belly Cinnamon Rolls!

These Swift Meats Pork Belly Cinnamon Rolls
turned out pretty incredible, and I think I found the cheat code on these... overcook it a bit.

I ended up falling asleep and these got to 210 internal, but that only seemed to help. They were pull apart delicious, just like a real cinnamon roll.

I topped these with real cream cheese icing once they cooled a bit! This was a salty, sweet and savory delicious treat that would be great at any event as an appetizer or dessert!
